- Identity Information: Name, Date of Birth, Nationality, Passport/ID number.
- Contact Information: Email address, Phone number (used for WhatsApp communication).
- Financial Information: Handled securely via our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
3. How We Process Data
Your identity data is verified using third-party KYC providers. Upon successful verification, your details are automatically transmitted to the Portuguese authorities (AIMA - Agência para a Integração, Migrações e Asilo) as required by law (Boletim de Alojamento).
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements in Portugal.
